Commercial & domestic
Offices, shops, rentals, communal areas and blocks — alongside everyday family homes. Out-of-hours and weekend work where trading can't stop.
Wallpapering
Pattern matched, seams invisible, edges crisp. Lining paper, designer prints and murals — hung on walls that have been properly prepared first.
Mould treatment
We find where the damp is coming from, treat the affected area, then seal it with an anti-mould system so it doesn't bleed back through the paint.
uPVC painting
Tired white frames, doors, cladding and conservatories sprayed in any colour. Cleaned, keyed and primed with an adhesion primer — a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Panelling
Shaker, slatted and half-height panelling built on site, filled, caulked and painted so the joints disappear. Hallways, bedrooms, media walls.

Bek Homes LTD is a painting and decorating firm working for homeowners, landlords and businesses across London. Most of our week is spent on preparation: filling, sanding, repairing and priming. The topcoat is the easy part — it only looks right because of what went underneath.
We quote in writing, turn up when we say we will, and leave the property cleaner than we found it. No fishing for extras halfway through the job.

Four stages, in this order.

Visit & written quote
We come to you, look closely at every surface and talk through colours and finishes. Within a few days you get a written, itemised quote with the products named — not a number on the back of a card.

Preparation
Furniture wrapped, floors masked, fittings taken down. Loose paint stripped, mould treated, cracks raked and filled, everything sanded and primed. This is where most of our hours go.

Painting & finishing
Thin coats, full drying time between each, edges cut in by hand. Panelling built and caulked, paper hung, uPVC sprayed. Tidied down at the end of every working day.

Walk-through & handover
We walk the job with you in daylight and sort anything you spot there and then. Furniture back, floors hoovered, sheets gone — and a labelled touch-up kit left behind.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. We visit the property, measure up, look at every surface and send a written, itemised quote. Free, and with no obligation to book.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes — offices, shops, rental portfolios, communal areas and blocks. Where a site can't stop trading we work evenings and weekends. Fully insured for commercial work.
Can you treat mould before painting?
Yes. Painting over mould only hides it for a season. We identify where the moisture is coming from, treat the affected area, and seal it with an anti-mould system before the topcoat goes on.
Can uPVC really be painted?
It can, and it lasts — provided it's done properly. Frames are cleaned, keyed and primed with a uPVC-specific adhesion primer, then sprayed in your chosen colour. It typically costs a fraction of replacing the units.
How long does a room take?
An average bedroom is usually two to three days including preparation and drying time. Panelling and wallpaper add a day or so. Your quote will give you the working days before you commit.
Do we need to move out?
Almost never. We work room by room, wrap furniture and seal doorways so dust stays where it belongs. Most clients carry on living in the property throughout.

All of Greater London — north, south, east, west and central — plus the surrounding areas inside the M25. Tell us the postcode and we'll confirm before we quote.
What about the mess?
